Who We Are
C360 began as Tribalinx and Greenlinx in 2012 to help Native American tribes in the U.S. In 2018, we rebranded to our current Community and Connected brands in the Philippines, aiming to grow the BPO industry in rural areas. We obtained a nationwide license and became the first telecom company in the Philippines to provide a complete wireless, fiber, and satellite network for the islands. Today, we are a sustainable platform for clients in emerging markets.
We are a Microsoft-incubated startup, tracing our roots to our relaunch from the US at the USTP Tech-Entrepreneurship Incubator in Cagayan de Oro. We offer fast internet, sustainable energy, and managed services, including an ERP solution to help businesses improve operations. Our goal is to assist companies, cooperatives, and local governments in achieving sustainability by providing innovative and cost-effective infrastructure services, which can drive the development of smart cities and rural communities nationwide.

Leadership Team
Desmond Morgan
Chairman & Chief Strategist
Desmond Morgan is a distinguished strategist and corporate leader with notable achievements in finance and governance. As Chairman and Chief Strategist, he leverages experience from banking and consulting to drive growth. His leadership has greatly benefited numerous enterprises both regionally and internationally. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance, an MSc in Computer Science, and a BSc in Economics from leading UK institutions.
Hari Ramachandran
Chief Technology Officer
Experienced entrepreneur with international consulting and IT skills, particularly in healthcare and fintech. Currently the Chief Technology Officer at C360, he manages projects with budgets up to $50 million, including Megalink, the world’s first Telephony Based Switch. Known for being dynamic and business-savvy, he has notable achievements in product development. Specialties include program/project management and strategic planning.
Stanley Uriarte
Chief Strategy Officer Philippines
Stanley Uriarte is a social enterprise, lead business consultant and government advisor from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines, known for his innovative ideas and community leadership. He has experience in the Agrarian Reform Department and advises local officials on sustainable solutions. Stanley holds degrees from the University of the Philippines and Misamis University, along with a master’s in applied conflict transformation studies from Panassastra University, Cambodia.
Jocel Garrido, PhD
Lead Software & Connectivity Consultant Philippines
Jocel leads our software and networks consultancy with exceptional skill. She holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science and is a CISCO CNA Certified Trainer. Her expertise enables her to guide her team and clients toward innovative solutions. She earned her PhD and serves as a Professor at USTP, where she shares her knowledge and engages in research.
Sid Roberts
Lead Connectivity Consultant
Meet Sid Roberts, Chief Connectivity Officer at Community C360 Group. With over 40 years in telecommunications, Sid connected 3 million underserved individuals in the US as a program manager at Microsoft. He also spent 15 years at AT&T as Director of Radio Access Network Engineering and started his career at Rockwell International. Sid holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an M.S. in Telecommunications Policy from the University of Denver.
James McCorkle
Chief Executive Officer
James McCorkle is a serial entrepreneur and CEO with over 20 years of experience in cloud software and sustainable energy. As Co-founder of Community 360°, he leads platforms like Municipal Solar and C360 IoE for Fortune 500s and federal agencies. His achievements include pioneering e-commerce apps for Wells Fargo and uncovering $119M in savings for Tenet Healthcare. Clients include the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Philippines.
